Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons such as convocation, school holidays, and weekends.
How do I make a booking?
You can contact us via WhatsApp or our website contact page. A booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your preferred date and time. Another 30% is due before or on the day of your session and the remaining balance 40% is due once we've sent in the edited photos to you.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes. We understand that plans can change. Please let us know as early as possible (at the very minimum 7 days), and we'll do our best to accommodate a new date.
How long does a photography session take?
Session lengths vary depending on the package as well as what is based on your selected coverage and briefing.
Do you offer prints and albums?
Yes! We offer professional-quality prints, framed portraits, canvases, and custom-designed albums. Please let us know and we can send you the price list of the printers we work with.
What should I wear?
We recommend coordinating colours rather than matching exactly. Neutral tones and solid colours photograph beautifully. Once your booking is confirmed, we can guide you on your wardrobe.
Can I bring outfit changes?
Yes, for sure! Depending on your package, you're welcome to bring one or more outfit changes.
Can I include pets?
Yes! Pets are family too. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
